Do you need an FFL to sell guns at auction?
I'm looking for some information on Oklahoma gun laws. Does an auctioneer need an FFL to auction off guns or can he just auction them off without an FFL?

- No. Only the person who buys it and is from out of state would need one when filling out the transfer forms with ID.
